Is BodyshopConnect AI a separate product?
Yes — BodyshopConnect AI is an upgraded version of BodyshopConnect with built-in AI teammates. It has the familiar look and workflows of the standard platform but runs on a separate database. Moving to BodyshopConnect AI requires a migration to the new platform.
Is the AI live, or is it coming soon?
BodyshopConnect™ AI arrives in shops Q4 2026.
Does the AI make changes without asking me?
No. BodyshopConnect AI asks for your confirmation before making changes.

Does BodyshopConnect replace my estimating system?
No — it connects to it. We don't build or sell an estimating platform.
What if my vendor isn't listed?
Tell us — we'll tell you honestly whether it connects today.
Does AccountingConnect integrate with my accounting software?
AccountingConnect is a desktop application built to export to specific desktop applications: Acomba X, Avantage, Sage Business Works, and Sage 50 (Simply Accounting). QuickBooks Desktop uses “WebConnector” by Intuit. The online accounting systems don’t need an application — they’re direct connections.
Does ScheduleConnect need a separate scheduling tool?
No — ScheduleConnect's appointment, arrival, production, and delivery views are built into BodyshopConnect.
Does MSOConnect require a separate multi-shop system?
No — MSOConnect is built into BodyshopConnect, giving multi-shop owners one login across all locations.
Does PartsConnect connect to outside parts software?
No — PartsConnect's ordering, receiving, returns, and credits dashboard is built into BodyshopConnect.
Is PartsTrackConnect a separate app I need to buy?
No — PartsTrackConnect is a companion app included with BodyshopConnect for scanning and tracking the locations of parts.
Does JobCostConnect integrate with outside job-costing software?
JobCostConnect tracks labor and vendor costs by repair order within BodyshopConnect. It also imports job-cost data from connected paint scales and inventory systems.
Which paint scales does PaintScaleConnect work with?
PaintScaleConnect pulls costs automatically from AkzoNobel, Axalta, Axanzo, BASF, PPG, Sherwin Williams and Surventis paint scales.
Does EstimateConnect import from my estimating system?
Yes — EstimateConnect auto-imports estimates and supplements from AdjustRite, Audatex, CCC, Mitchell, and WebEst.
Does RepairConnect need a separate messaging app?
No — RepairConnect's mobile time clock and messaging are built into BodyshopConnect.
What is the difference between TechConnect and RepairConnect?
TechConnect is a browser-based technician module within the system. RepairConnect is the optional companion mobile app for the technician to use on their phones.
Does DealerConnect connect to my dealership management system?
DealerConnect interfaces with PBS and SERTI dealership management systems.
Does Internal Communications sync with our email?
No — Internal Communications runs natively inside BodyshopConnect: in-system chat and notes all built in.
Does External Communications require a separate texting tool?
No — automated and on-the-fly texting to customers, insurers, and rental companies is built into BodyshopConnect, logged to the repair file. It requires SMS credits, which can be purchased separately.
Does External Communications require a separate email tool?
No — automated and on-the-fly email to customers, insurers, and rental companies is built into BodyshopConnect, logged to the repair file. It requires SMTP setup to your own email provider, and sent messages can also appear in your own email system's Sent folder.
Where can MediaConnect store my photos and documents?
MediaConnect stores photos and documents in CosmosSync, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Nextcloud, or ownCloud. Your shop will need its own subscription to whichever service you use.
Does RentalConnect update the rental company automatically?
Yes — RentalConnect integrates with Enterprise ARMS to keep rental reservations and status updates current as a repair moves through the shop.
Which networks can Data Analytics report to?
Data Analytics can push metrics to AutoHouse Technologies, ClaimsCorp, NCX, and Qlik.
Which inventory systems does InventoryConnect connect with?
The InventoryConnect two-way interface connects with 3M RepairStack, Skyline Tools, and Würth ORSY Connect.
